Chairman and Director Matsushima, Yosuke: After working in fields such as product development at Dai-ichi Life Insurance, engaged in consulting work at A.T. Kearney and McKinsey & Company. Engaged in investment at MKS Partners and Marunouchi Capital, the pioneers of buyout funds. In 2012, joined the Noritsu Koki Group, and in 2013 became Vice President and COO of Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. Vice President and COO. From 2018, became the President and CEO of JMDC. Assumed Chairman and Director in 2024.

President and CEO, Representative Director Noguchi, Ryo: Worked as a core member of healthcare practice area at the Boston Consulting Group and covered multiple sectors including biopharma, medtech and providers. After joining the Noritsu Koki Group in 2016, worked as CEO of a genetic testing company and a bioventure focusing on regenerative medicine. In 2020, joined JMDC, and after serving as executive officer in charge of business divisions for pharmaceutical companies, payers, and medical institutions, assumed President and CEO, Representative Director in 2023.

Director Yamamoto, Yuta: Experienced consulting at Boston Consulting Group. After undergoing legal training (registered as a lawyer in 2014), joined the Noritsu Koki Group in 2012, and in 2015 became Director of Noritz Koki. In 2013, became a Director of the Company and promoted projects such as the initial listing in 2019 and the market change in 2021, etc.

Executive Officer and CFO Kubota, Yuzuru: Joined Morgan Stanley in 2005, and engaged in all aspects of investment banking business, including fundraising, IPO, M&A advisory, and investor relations support for listed and unlisted companies in the technology and media industries. After that, in 2020, he joined the logistics venture company CBcloud, where he was in charge of medium-term strategy formulation, fundraising, new business development, alliances, and M&A as the head of the corporate planning division. Assumed Executive Officer and CFO in 2024.

Executive Officer and CDPO Adachi, Masatoshi: After undergoing legal training, joined Jones Day Law Office in 2011. After joining the Japan Patent Office of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, established and headed Inhouse-Hub Tokyo Law Office. In 2018, joined LINE Corporation and LINE Healthcare Corporation as Security & Privacy Counsel, working in the areas of data privacy and data security. Member of a board of directors of Japan Registered Information Security Specialists’ Association. In 2021, joined JMDC as CDPO, and assumed Executive Officer and CDPO in 2023.

Executive Officer Sakai, Yasunobu: After working at a consulting firm, engaged in new business development utilizing health data as President of TANITA HEALTH LINK, INC., then joined SMS Co., Ltd. and acquired MIMS Group, which operates pharmaceutical data and other businesses in 16 countries in Asia and Oceania, and expanded the business as CEO through PMI, new business creation and entry into new markets. Assumed Executive Officer in 2023.

Executive Officer Hamada, Takayuki: At a major securities firm, engaged in financial product design using financial engineering. After working as COO of a business analytics firm, joined Boston Consulting Group as Managing Director and Partner of their data science organization, where was responsible for developing data strategies for various industries, supporting digital transformation, executing analytics measures, and developing new businesses. In 2022, joined JMDC and assumed Executive Officer.

Executive Officer Kano, Makoto: After engaging at IBM Research in R&D for bioinformatics, etc., worked at A.T. Kearney, in charge of strategy consulting for various industries, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry. Then, joined PwC Advisory, engaged in M&A strategy development, business due diligence, PMI support, etc. In 2021, joined JMDC and engaged in promoting data consulting for pharmaceutical companies. Assumed Executive Officer in 2023. Ph.D. in Engineering.

Executive Officer Mihara, Yoichi: In 2009, joined the Noritsu Koki Group, in charge of establishing agricultural startup, etc., and from 2012, served as the representative of the agricultural startup. In 2020, joined JMDC, in charge of PMI for the Group, and also serves as a director of several new group companies. From 2022, worked in the medical institution support business division, in charge of promoting the use of data to reform operations, improve management efficiency, and enhance the quality of medical care at medical institutions, etc. Assumed Executive Officer in 2023.

Executive Officer and CPO Kuraoka, Hiroshi: After working in product management at Google and other IT companies, he started Coubic and sold it to STORES, then became VP of Product, Chief of Staff, and promoted company-wide product and business management. In 2023, joined JMDC and assumed Executive Officer and CPO.

Executive Officer Yonekura, Akio: After working for The P&G Japan Limited in marketing strategy development and execution and brand management for a consumer goods brand, he participated in the establishment of Cancerscan Inc. After joining Cancerscan, as Executive Vice President and Director, he promoted business expansion through the development and implementation of social marketing strategies in the public health field, including local governments and academia. Assumed Executive Officer in 2024.

Executive Officer Kosako, Akihiro: After experiencing multiple times of starting up a company, he was appointed as VPoE (Vice President of Engineering) and Head of Engineering at Retty and 10X, and was engaged in the construction and management of the development organization structure. He joined JMDC in 2024 and, as the Head of the Product Development Department, promoted the strengthening of the engineering organization structure. Assumed Executive Officer in 2025.

Executive Officer Iwai, Hirokazu: After working at NTT Communications, he was engaged in organizational management as a business manager and human resources manager at Persol Career, SMS, etc. He joined JMDC in 2022 and, as the representative director of multiple group companies in the Medical Service Providers domain, he has promoted the improvement of corporate value and the expansion of the medical institution data business from PMI. Assumed Executive Officer in 2025.
