JMDC Management Challenges

JMDC has a vision of “ Providing a healthy and rich life for all individuals” . Currently, even beyond those with health challenges, we cannot say that all individuals are leading fulfilling and vibrant lives on a daily basis. Therefore, we have defined the management challenge we aim to solve through health management as “Providing a healthy and rich life for all individuals” , setting “health age” as the final indicator.

JMDC Health Management Declaration

JMDC, as a company aiming to realize a healthy society, will achieve the well-being (healthy and rich life) of each employee and the company’s sustainable growth. To this end, we will utilize our proprietary assets, such as “health age” data, to help employees accurately understand their own health status. We will create an environment where employees can proactively maximize their performance and provide support to optimize their health age. We declare that this initiative is the path to fostering the growth of both individuals and the company, contributing to the creation of a future society.

In order to practice health management, the company shall implement the following:

• 1. The president himself/herself leads health management and commits to making the whole company healthy.
• 2. Plan activities that contribute to the health of employees and check and review progress at the Management Meeting.
• 3. Health management activities shall be shared with employees to improve health initiatives.
